A puzzle: Sorting, searching, trying, thinking, assembling, solving. In the end you have a complete picture. You get better with every puzzle you do, but you will need several attempts to approach the best solution or improve your solution speed.

After several years of teaching either by complete or partial e-learning or in the ‘conventional’ way, it is still like solving a puzzle. To assemble adequate content and methods to convey a concept. Some things work on both sides. Others only work on one of them. And others work one time but not another time with another group. So it is always a kind of puzzling a solution while on the other hand it is puzzling how things can turn out you already had checked as solved.
